All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday), excluding weekends and holidays.
Our fulfillment team carefully inspects and packages every order to ensure safe and accurate delivery.

 Transit Time

Once your order has shipped, most packages are delivered within 7–12 business days (Monday through Friday).
Delivery times may vary depending on your location, shipping carrier, or seasonal demand.

 Order Cutoff Time

Orders placed before 5:00 PM (GMT-05:00) Eastern Time (US & Canada) on business days will be processed the same day.
Orders placed after that time will be processed on the next business day.
To ensure prompt delivery, please place your order before the daily cutoff.

🇺🇸 Shipping Locations & Charges

We currently offer FREE standard shipping on all U.S. orders  no minimum required.
At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

 Shipping Carriers

We partner with trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx to ensure reliable and timely delivery of your packages.

 Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.
Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update in the carrier’s system.

 Ensure Accurate Shipping Info

To prevent delays, please verify that your shipping address is accurate during checkout.
Wavly is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.

 Order Changes or Cancellations

If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order at  info.wavly@gmail.com or via live chat.
Once your order enters processing or shipping, changes may no longer be possible.

 Missing or Damaged Packages

If your order is missing or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Keep all original packaging and include photos when reporting the issue  this helps us resolve it quickly.
